HAI eMobility - battery boxes by SPS
For a well-known car manufacturer, battery trays for one of the most modern electric cars in the world are produced on this fully automated production line. The different profile cross-sections are stacked in special pallets and are managed by a fully automated crane. The sawing line is also fed via this crane and a sophisticated conveyor system in which the empty pallets, including the necessary spacers, are automatically transported back to the extrusion press.
